Pet Policy

We are excited to welcome your cats and dogs of 30 pounds and under to join you in your new home at Arbor Hills. Take a walk around the property or spend some time in our own dog park and get to know the other pets in the community. To help us maintain your pristine home pets must be under 30 pounds. There is a monthly Pet Rent, and all animals must be approved by our Community Director.
